Retro, modern and classic all rolled into one! I don't follow fashion - I wear what flatters my figure :)

Tell us about yourself and why you belong on PL.

I guess you could say I've NEVER been one to follow the crowd :) I've always been fascinated with the 1950's, Bettie Page, pinup girls and pinup artists. When everyone else was listening to Madonna and Janet Jackson, I was listening to Del Shannon, Elvis, Buddy Holly, Etta James and Chuck Berry (to name a few). When everyone else was buying clothing by Esprit or GAP, I was rummaging through consignment store racks for retro finds. There's something about the styles from the '50's....they seem to transcend time.

I have been practicing the Hula for about seven years.
