- Tell us about yourself and why you belong on PL.
- When I was 13, I saw Pulp Fiction at a vintage movie theater that had been a single screen at some point in time. It introduced me to the joys of surf music, classic cars, body piercing, drugs, ultra violence and excessive use of the word 'fuck'.
From there, my interest of all things related to the 50s evolved, discovering the immortal work of Bettie Page as well as the sounds of swing, big band and doo-wop music. Clothing, hairstyles and even terminology from the 30s, 40s and 50s became integrated into my lifestyle; a bit of the classic vintage blended with a modern attitude and appearance.
A dear departed friend of mine, Reverend Saint Jon Lovelace, can be credited with exposing me to the world of Kustom Kulture, from building the perfect metal machine to cruiser nites and drag racing. Together with the assistance of others, we created Nickel Empire, a completely DIY independent entertainment company that dominated the underground scene. Various events were held at private locations thru-out South Jersey that included: live music, circus, sideshow, burlesque, vaudeville and other variety acts, suspensions and flesh pulls, the Wall of Death, and unique competitions such as Miss Anti-Beauty, Polynesian Princess and South Jersey Summer Pin Up.

'Aesthetic Evolution' - Launching 7.25.09
Apparently there has been some confusion with this and the other magazine that I write/edit/publish called Alive On the Inside, which is dedicated to preserving American Circus history and tradition. There were already two issues that have been released and are currently up for pre-order before they are entirely overhauled and reprinted in a third generation. Risking My Life For Your Entertainment
Since people are failing to notice, allow me to explain this in the simplest terms possible. My performances are quite important, as they are a continued preservation of Circus Arts. In case you didn't know, the Hostile City is birthplace to the American Circus, and so I have an enormous sense of pride in being able to uphold this tradition.
