NolaChick's first interview!

Hi all! I've been a busy bee as of late, and I haven't been here in a while. Hopefully, soon things will slow down, and I will be able to catch up with my PL family.

Describe your own style in one sentence. Be creative!

My fashion style is clasically modern.

Tell us about yourself and why you belong on PL.

I was born and raised in New Orleans, La. I think it's hard to grow up there and not let the culture and history of the city become a part of you. Whether it be the jazz, the delicious food, the fabulous architechure or our unique art and way of speaking, I think most would agree that things are a little spicier down here.

My love of pin up was born from my love of the city. When you walk through the French Quarter, you can feel the times of days past. The jazz singers, the burlesque dancers, the writers and artists- they are all still here. When I pose for pictures, I feel like I am bringing a piece of the past into the present for all to appreciate. I feel like I am part of the culture I loved so much when I was growing up.

I'm only just getting started and I'm having so much fun! You ain't seen nothing yet. ;)
